Wednesday was my birthday and I was reflecting on where I am now and how my life
has changed over the last 12 months. Then I received the following quote in my inbox….

My question for you today is…

“Where will you be one year from today?” “What life will you choose to live?”

The decisions that you make today and everyday will be a direct reflection of your results
tomorrow and one year from now.

I want to share my personal journey with you so you know what is possible for you and
how different your life can be in just a few short months.

I was first introduced to the network marketing industry 5 years ago. The first 4 years
was nothing but challenges, struggles and a large credit card debt. I spent the first three
years in traditional “old school” mlm and I did everything my upline told me to do.
Unfortunately, the attrition and dropout rate of new people signing up was very high
which resulted in small monthly commission checks.

I felt like I was going nowhere fast. However, I still held the vision of financial freedom.
I didn’t care if it would take 10 years. I was relentless about my dream. The “old school”
mlm model required having thousands of people to make a multiple six figure income
and I just didn’t know any better at the time.

The fourth year I tried doing business online. I was calling leads 30-40 hours a week
and trying to qualify people for my business. This was a whole new set of challenges.
I was breaking even and not seeing any profits. I was fed up, frustrated, broke and
I had over $20,000 in credit card debt. I knew that I had to learn new skills sets
and I was determined.
